I went to Morgan at Kink Salon in Clayton and I left with purple hair. When she said it would wash out, I asked her if it would be yellow or orange afterwards because I was concerned about why she used blue shampoo, blue conditioner and then put a blue toner in my hair. She lied to my face and said "definitely not". Well that night my hair was orange. I left her a message and simply said I needed to speak with her about my color. I was hoping she would help me fix it. She never called. A week went by and I called again and shared a little of what happened. Morgan then called me back. She never apologized but instead said she couldn't call me back because the front desk wrote down my number wrong. Another lie. She had my number because she texted me to confirm my appointment in the first place. Then after that, she said condescendingly that she wished I had given her a chance to fix it. Really? I reminded her that I did give her that chance when I CALLED HER but she never called me back. I have since gone to a professional and the whole salon was shocked by what she did. They also said that by looking at my hair, she was not only horrible at doing hair but everyone believes she did it deliberately. Many other details to prove that.
