The two stars is for my service experience there. I made an appointment in person for 1:00 p.m. I got there promptly at 1:00 and was told my appointment was at 1:30. O.K. so I came back and waited about 20 minutes only to be told that the person who was supposed to cut my hair got "stuck" on her current client cause she had more hair than they thought. I was told a haircut is $35.00 which I find a little expensive because my hair is very fine and is cut in a short bob style. So because whomever they assigned to me couldn't cut my hair they gave me to another stylist who used to work there but now "rents" a chair from them. She gave me a decent cut BUT it cost me $40 instead of the $35.00. I also had mentioned when I made the appointment that I wanted my eyebrows waxed which was going to cost an additional $15.00. Didn't get it done as the girl who cut my hair was going to charge me $20. Even $15 is ridiculous for an eyebrow wax. It probably uses 10 cents worth of materials and takes 5 minutes. So NO I will not go back there nor recommend them. Remember customer service is the key to any successful business. No one apologized for my inconvenience.

This salon is very clean, the staff are friendly. What difference does the size of the shop make??? Linda colored and cut my hair beautifully. She is so personable and caring. I certainly am happy and will continue to come here.

Fabulous and friendly, with a staff that know their craft. Beautiful space, nicely decorated, certainly not small or tiny. A definite recommend, especially Linda for cut and style. She also has an excellent manner with kids and gives them a great cut every time.

Great salon for cut and color. Time constraints have forced me to use three different stylists, all of which were exceptional.

I was surprised how open spaced and nice it was inside, after seeing the review on it being too small. I was very pleased with the friendliness and service provided and definitely feel they're worth 4 stars! Will I use them again? you bet!

Looked here for a new salon. Thankfully I IGNORED the first rating that it's a tiny shop. It's a professional, clean, organized and busy salon. I loved my color and cut (thanks JUDY!) but I also loved the other hair styles on the other ladies. I'm very happy! Tabitha from Salon Takeover would be too!

But still very, very small and tiny. Looks great, but just not great....
