This place is extremely disorganized, it's ridiculous. I cannot speak for all of the stylists- perhaps they all do great work. I'm not sure on that end. I will tell you, however to beware if you decide to go in and just buy a product from them. I went in one day to buy shampoo and conditioner. They told me it was 20% off, but forgot to ring it up that way, so my card was charged twice (once with the incorrect amount and once with the correct amount). Once I got home and realized it was charged twice, I called and they told me I'd have to come back in to get a refund (a 20 mile drive from my house). I gladly went in and was very patient. I talked to the manager (after being made to wait half an hour) and she told me "that's not exactly true" -- excuse me!? What's not true? Woman, I just want my money back- why you gotta be so rude? She then told me that it already had been voided and there was nothing more I could do and I just needed to wait 7-10 days. I waited. And waited. And waited. On the tenth day (no, this isn't the creation story) I went back in. Still no refund. Talked to them again. She said there's nothing more she could do. "It's been voided in my system, it must be a problem with your bank", she said (I had talked to my bank-which I trust more than her- 3 times, it wasn't them). She then resorted to "oh well, I guess you'll have to call corporate". I'LL have to call corporate?! This isn't MY issue. This is YOUR issue, your business, and your corporate. But I called. I was then told the transaction was never voided and they'd get it back on my card right away. I've been in 3 separate days (a total of over 2 hours), over a time span of 2 weeks and I'm still waiting on my refund. Goodness gracious. I will never return and neither should you.
