I went to Newton Hair Company to get blonde highlights in my hair. I was very please at the fact that Jennifer got really close to the root. My problem has always been at other salons that when I get a foil they always leave it too far away from the scalp and within a month it looks like I need it done again. Jennifer understood my issue and I was very happy when I left!!!
