Do NOT get balayage treatment from this salon. I spent over $500 dollars in treatments and tips only to end up with completely fried, bleach blonde hair with dark blue roots. The first appt with Jen is where it all went wrong, but instead of offering me my money back the salon owner suggested I come back in for free to fix it. She said I would have one of their 'best' colorists, so I reluctantly agreed because I looked like a 90's Courtney Love reject. Turns out this colorist, Mandy, had only been doing color for a few years. 'Best' in my book isn't someone with just a 'few' yrs experience. After the first 'fix' she did, my roots were bright purple, and the last time after 3 more long, long 'fix' jobs in separate appts, they ended up looking cobalt blue in the sun. I stopped asking for a 'fix' because I was afraid my frazzled, damaged hair would fall out. They are extremely OVER priced and their staff is NOT experienced enough to charge that kind of money.
