The staff at Tosi's is courteous, creative and considerate. I always feel comfortable there. Appointment times are punctual, and there is hardly any waiting time, if any. The stylists know the clients and their needs and I always get great service. Their location is convenient and they carry a full line of hair and styling supplies. They always accommodate my needs. Their hair replacement systems are really amazing. If you're considering hair replacement, regardless if you're male or female like me, get to Tosi's, at least to see what's available. It truly is incredible. I've recommended Tosi's to my friends and will continue to go there. I feel like a new person every time I have my hair styled. They give you so much more than hair!

The Staff at Tosi's are friendly and pay special attention to the individual needs of their clients. They are well trained at what they do and stand behind their work 100%. I travel over one hundred miles each way. There are other clinics closer to my home but, their work is inferior to the service I receive at Tosi's.

My stylist is great, creative, very personable (all the staff is) and the service is great. That's why I feel comfortable at Tosi's and will keep coming back. However, I hold off on a 5 rating only because my last few hair systems weren't up to snuff; thin and even shedding more hair. I was glad, though, that I started participating in the hair club as my stylist suggested because the last couple systems would definitely not have survived any longer than 3 months. . My new system is much better; it's thicker and much softer. I've only had it for a day, but I can feel the difference. I feel more confident when my hair looks great, and now it does. I've been coming to Tosi's for so many years, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you all.
